I can understand you That 1 month is not complete till now But Today he asked me for applying again I said You can if 1 month is complete so, he did it.In my point of view We don't should to Stop him for applying Maybe your this behave show him that we dislike him.
cause of this Behave Perhaps His interest may be reduced for UF.

After Denied My last Application My brother give me a hint that learn How to make friends and be serious with others this thing show your attitude so I start worked on it. I Think i feel changing in me I'm Silent with my haters and Frank with my Friends. The other thing my Friendship till now i don't have Friends But i trying my best with you in future
