as the topic title tells you Fullfilled is no longer in UF due to breaking rules in multiple servers many times.

I have 6th sense about these guys. Thats why I voted no on his application.

Anyway I was trying to be nice on your promotion. But it turned out, you didn't deserved it

P.S: to all trainees and rookies: often I join servers as random paki guy noob, where I see my juniors, to test them anonymously . So beware. I could be anyone of them.
