I cant join Clan War on 8th feb so i think 15th feb is fine i also asked tranxformr he also said 15th feb so 15th feb is final

like different players every round

I have asked Tranxformr and ZEKO they say that they can join only on Sunday and on 15th Feb

Thats why im saying that the day should be Sunday and 15th Feb

Naruto can't come on 8th Feb, because he's got a marriage to attend. He can't come on Saturday, as he is going to the wedding at 7th, 8th and 9th.
So. We want to have the war on 15th.
