With all honesty, we don't find you suitable now. Yours young age explains why. We still believe and recommend you that you need to work hard on your behavior, how to control your tongue etc which is the ominous black spot of your application.

We're kinda impressed of your improvements and you could be considered as a good addition but the time is not in your favor now.
