Fixed /msg returning 'Unknown Player' even target player online

   - Added /update
   - Added main world event
   - Added new sound. ID 50006
   - Hidden package now working, collect all hidden package for special reward
   - Custom name tag now shown properly
   - Increased /givecash limit to 100m
   - Sniper Rifle now giving 500 damange
   - Player GUI now resize when game resize
   (1 shot on unarmoured player & 2 shots with full armour/and health player).
