Have you tried run VC in comaptbility mode ? If not then try it. And then run as administrator.

But the issue in 1st picture is mostly because of video drivers or you a require to have a Graphic Card.

This setup is compatible with 32bit windows
Download Full compressed game its better.
I mean just unzip and play
