Fix Reset Password!

I always told the staff to fix the reset password email sender.. but nobody pays attention to it.. so I decided to create a topic maybe this will have your attention.
I tried the password reset password but I didn't receive any email. I've used the correct email adress and yes I've also checked my spam folder if I have received any email, but still no luck.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't smf version need update that can be solution. (I'm not sure 50%).
