- changed homepage layout
   - Clan Logo updated
   - Shoutbox enlarged and moved.
   - Added quick links for faster navigation.

- enhanced security
   - set anti spam mechanism to max
   - crippled a few spam bots

- updated registration questions

- worked hard on enabling @mentions

now you can mention any member using @<username>, notification will be sent to the mentioned member.
e.g (https://i.imgur.com/oUJase3.png)

(it might take some time to display username)

Spoiler BBCODE has been apparently completely fixed, although the gif and body are still bugged, looking for fixes in the future

Edits

EDIT : Body has been fixed, still working on the icons.
EDIT 2 : k, icons have been temporarily fixed as well
EDIT 3 : worked a whole night on the style sheets to create entirely new spoilers for both day and night modes

Updated forum themes,
added some new indexes.

Updated board index.
Removed smilies temporarily, were fucked up.

The forum should no longer be "too" bright in day mode.

Changed the userbar.
Reverted based on popular opinion.

Added a Global News Marquee.

Minor CSS Tweaks.
