fulton is using 619 since 2014/2015 in VC-MP he was the first guy with that code/number , now most of players are coping his code like HAZARD_619 , MD619 and many more.

fulton is old player and active player who's using 619 code and i myself never saw a player before fulton with 619 code, correct me if i am wrong :)

I still don't get it how in god's name that so called code is a personal thing of yours. That "619" is not unique, if you consider that as something personal then so be it, while on the internet something like 619 is known, so you're no one here to say who is a copy cat or not unless the person is trying to impersonate you or has personal problems with you.
