Title: New Co-Leader

Since Echo/Rebellion is in our clan since the clan was built when newly came into VC:MP 2nd time. He has got and positive attitude towards everyone. After discussing with Shen, we have decided to make a co-leader of our clan cause we have no co-leader since the clan came into existence and we wanna fill it up because it's necessary now.

@Rebellion: If you got any problem related to forum contact me or Shen, we'll guide you through.

So Rebellion would perform in clan as a Co-Leader.

We'll set the rank asap.
